This project was too easy to ever qualify as crapsmanship, and it took only a minute or two to make.
I purchased two kinds of candy corn — the traditional yellow, orange, and white kind and the yellow, brown, and white variety with a few candy pumpkins thrown into the mix. I also bought a candy corn candle at Target, with the orange, white, and brown stripes. I already had the glass container.
I used a bowl to mix up the two kinds of candy corn, and then I put the candle in the glass and sprinkled the candy corn around the candle. I saved some candy so I could refill the container after my grandkids got their hands in it!
Easy as pumpkin pie! Now if we can just keep the grandkids’ hands out of the décor!
